Definitions for the metrics tracked by Portal and how to interpret them

Metrics

* Most metrics are opt-in by default

The Wehealth Platform is built for privacy first. For this reason, most metrics require the end-user to explicitly opt-in. Based on the opt-in rate in your community the metrics shown can be anywhere between 10%-70% of the total activity within your community. 

Impressions *

The total number of times a card or an action was displayed to actual users in your community within the time period shown. This includes duplicates i.e. if one user sees an alert 10 times it will show up as 10 impressions.

Reach *

The total unique users in your community that have seen at least one card or action in the time period shown. This is a good way to quickly understand the breadth of how many people have we reached in a time frame.

Engagement *

The total taps and clicks on items shown to the user. This can include a tap to dial a phone number, or a tap to visit a website, or a tap on card to expand it to view more information.

Notifications Sent *

The total number of push notifications sent to your community.

Alerts Issued

The total number of alerts from verified sources that were mapped to your community.
